Metro Reader is designed for a people who have just a few feeds they want to follow closley. With a beautiful metro interface and the ability to pin feeds (with live tiles) directly to your home page, Metro Reader is a great way to keep up with news, blogs and other feeds.

Free version is add supported and has limits on the total number of feeds and pinned feeds. Try Metro Reader Pro (it's cheap !) to get rid of ads/limits.
