We are working our legs today, and we are going to start out with leg press. I want you to recognize two things in this workout; first, when doing your leg press move your feet up so your toes are have way off the plate to really work those glutes and hamstrings and second, when doing the last exercise, Goblet squats, make sure to squat all the way down until your elbows touch your knees. However, if you are not able to go down that far, do what you can and make sure to protect your backs, so bend at the waist and keep your backs straight. We have 6 exercises to get through each one is going to be 4 sets of 15 reps. Have a great workout and make those legs earn that protein shake at the end.
