IpCamMonitor are developed by AB software,
www.abso.dk
With the App, you can register up to 4 ip-cams,
and select between those any time you wish.
The App can connect to any mjpg camera, all
you have to do is inserting the Uri of the cam.
If you have an axis ip-camera the Uri will be like:
http://ipaddress/axis-cgi/mjpg/video.cgi
Check the Uri in your camera userguide, and keep a eye on all that's important to you.
