Description: ED Tracker is free app checking companies publications on e-disclosure.ru by schedule and notifying about news.

According to Art. 92 of Russian Federal Law "On Joint Stock Companies" Russian public companies, companies with more than 50 shareholders and all issuers of bonds and other securities must disclose information about their work. Such messages are published by authorized news agencies, one of which is Interfax Group with their site e-disclosure.ru

Messages could contain:
- Accounting and financial reports
- Information about shareholders meetings
- Information about paid dividends and coupons
- Board of Directors decisions
- Information about large deals and deals with affiliates
- and other news

All publications are official statements in Russian language, app does not translate or change them. You may need Russian keyboard layout to enter company name on search page, but copy-paste will work too.

Minimal period of news checks is 15 minutes. Please keep in mind that Windows could suspend background activities when tablet is in battery saver mode.; MoreLess
