Description: Automate and Streamline most of the manual tasks involved in Construction based Photographic Documentation in the field and in the field office. This is done by predefined White Board choices and creating a Managed Folder Structure based on the Architectural Blueprints.

In the Field this Tool provides;
Electronic White Board with drop down options, reducing mistakes.
Creates Managed Folder Structure at time of photo capture, saving time.
Embedment of White Board information at the bottom of each photo.
Adding a more professional look by removing handwritten ambiguities.
Removes physical White Board from image.

If WiFi, 3G or 4G is enabled on the device.
Media can be sent to a Network Share, Cloud, DB, Website
and/or Email at time of capture or in the Field Office when reviewing.

In the Field Office this Tool provides;
Importing, embedding and reviewing of media simultaneously.
Ability to edit and update White Board / Embedment information.
Mistakes made in the field can now be corrected in the field office.
Easy retrieval of desired media in Explore, saving time.

If the CWB-PMTool has replaced all or most of the digital cameras and physical White Boards in the Field less time will be required in the Field Office managing the Photographic Documentation.
