World Time is the first application that lets you pin your city to the start screen and show the time in that city... in real time... and you can ask Cortana to do this for you with voice commands such as 'World Time pin Toronto to start screen' or 'World Time add Paris'.

Its features include, among others the day/night map (terminator line) that is generated internally so it does not use the Data services, and Time Zone Calculator that allows you to easily check what time it's in other cities at a certain time of day.
