You must follow the exact Soup recipe as any wrong ingredients will eliminate your last chance of revival.

Use thumb stick or arrow keys to move the Soup Cauldron.
Move the Soup Cauldron below the falling object to collect it.
Some falling objects like Pumpkin, Sword and Brain will hurt you so avoid hitting them.
