Description: Better Work is a unique partnership programme between the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) aimed at improving labour standards and enterprise performance in the global apparel industry.

This guide is produced by Better Work’s Vietnam programme, and is aimed at helping factories and buyers understand more about their obligations and rights under the country’s labour law.
