Description: Tired of being busy all day working on not important tasks? We tend to spend most of our time on urgent but not important tasks because they give us immediate sense of achievement. As a result we seldom have time to focus on urgent and important tasks, not to mention tasks that are important but not urgent.

The traditional calendar is basically time-driven. It gives us a sense of urgency but not the importance of the individual tasks. With TopPriority we can change this situation and give us more time to focus on important but not urgent tasks. These important but not urgent tasks (Quadrant II activities) are critical to our long-term happiness and success.

TopPriority offers 2 ways to manage tasks. "Important + urgent" allocates tasks into four quadrants based on their importance and urgency. The traditional "To do list" displays the task in a modern tile style. You can freely switch between the two views and filter based on category or priority.

TopPriority automatically shares the tasks between all your Windows 8 PCs using the same account, so there is no need to save or copy. You will get the same list of tasks in your home slate or work PC. Alternatively you can export/import the tasks to/from a file. You can also share task(s) with other people through share charm.

TopPriority supports print as well as settings. You can customize task settings in Settings charm, or get a print out from Devices charm. It also updates the tile on the start screen.
