Utilize Text to Speech conversion to convert any .txt file to speech. This Text Reader allows you to read .txt file using the File Share method apart from other methods. Use the App Bar of the Text Reader to interact and configure the Text Reader.
To Change voice of Text Reader, open Settings and then navigate to Speech Settings. Once you are on Speech Settings page, you can select any available Male or Female Voice of your desired country.
