Description: It is an application that manages user name and password.
<1> Initially enter the user name and password to activate this application.
(1) Specify UserName and PassWord.
(2) Specify PassWord for confirmation.
(3) If UserName and PassWord are not already registered, the application will start up here.
(4) If you are already registered and you want to change, the old UserName and PassWord input screen will appear here.
(5) If the old UserName and PassWord can be confirmed , the application will be launched with a new UserName and PassWord.

<2> If UserName and PassWord are registered, log on to the application with UserName and PassWord specified.
