The Sales- and Service-App is a cloud-based, offline-capable mobile solution for automating and accelerating sales- and service processes. All information is bundled in one single app. Data is being synchronized in both directions (from the app to all connected systems and back) through standardized interfaces to most common CRM-, ERP-, PIM-systems, but also to Excel- and XML-Files. With this app-solution all your customer-related processes will be fully transparent – for significant time- and cost-savings and increased customer satisfaction.
Sales-App: In order to improve sales performance Sales Teams need all relevant customer, product and promotion data on the go, giving them the possibility to quickly inform their customers about their orders. Just by checking the app on your mobile devices, online and offline. Sales reps can give professional product presentation, take orders, clarify delivery conditions and fill out visit reports incl. photo documentation. An extensive route- and tour planning will assist your sales employees in optimizing their daily routine.
Service-App: The Service-App mobilizes service teams and it provides an optimized customer support for all service- and maintenance requirements. Technicians have access to all of their service requests on their mobile devices, including detailed information related to service points (location, technical master data, spare parts, maintenance and repair documentation, safety indications, etc.). Your service teams can browse the complete service history up to 24 months in the past, even offline (alert service bulletin, repair orders, inspection reports, etc.). Thus, service and repair requests will be closed faster and easily documented using predefined checklists directly on the mobile devices.
