You can download the pictures in 1080p directly to your Picture Hub. No other App in the Marketplace can do that. Besides this you can save them in portrait orientation to use them as your new Windows Phone 8 Smartphone Wallpaper.
You can also choose to download all of them in one go or just the one you like the most.
You can download the pictures of different countries and of the last 17 days.
Because of technical reasons the picture description is always in the corresponding language (e.g. Germany -> German; USA -> English; Japan ->Japanese).

Even though the screenshots show a German application - the app is fully localized to show all menus and buttons in English.
