The time for check can be set to 5,10,15,20,25,30 min
When you first start you just need to configure which notifications to receive, and once you start receiving notifications you can close the app and forget it.

ATTENTION !!!!!
Due to some limit of the windows phone platform
- You can NOT receive notification of calls and text messages at this time
- If you reboot you will need to restart the application
Limitations of the trial version.
The trial version does not allow you to configure receiving notifications from Facebook, allows you to enter a single e-mail and can not modify the check period that is set to default 15 minutes
