One rep max Calculator was designed with the intent of helping people get a quick and easy close representation of their strength level without having to run to their computer or calculator.

The formula used to do the calculations is named the Brzycki Formula. Information on the formula used is widely available on the internet. These numbers are an approximation and should be used only to help you design your workouts.

As a weight lifter you should always practice good safety by having a spotter, the proper equipment, and know your limits.
