Description
The MoneyApp allows you to create your own expenditure item for payment entry and manage your existing accounts in a simple credit and debit entry. The entries are represented as a list of items or accounts. The list can be filtered for a specific payment item or account. Either a filtered list or a non-filtered list can be summed to give a total amount of payment items, or a credit/debit balance of accounts. Also with just a tap away, the list can be filtered to show todays’ or current month entries. Each account balance can be checked instantly and synchronized with the balance statement from the bank or creditor. Different symbols are used to represent different types of account entry methods in the App, such as, auto debit feature, transfer feature involving dual accounts transaction, or synchronization of the account with the statement feature. It is easy to differentiate between them when scrolling through the listing.

In addition, the App also supports:
- Select item from the autosuggest list of predefined items to enter item field via the keyboard
- Select item from the pictures list as an alternative way to enter item field
- User defined currency symbol to show in the text field as placeholder where amount entry is expected
- Option to enable currency converter button to convert the amount to a foreign currency
- Option to display debit figures in red color
- Support three types of date formats; DD/MM/YYYY, MM/DD/YYYY, or YYYY/MM/DD
- Option to set different starting page as default launch page
- Backup/restore the predefined payments/accounts' items and transaction entries

The App has three distinct parts and switching between them is easy using a dedicated single-click icon button on the toolbar to popup a list to select/switch to a different part of the App. Pivot pages are used where possible to reduce clustering of entry fields. These are main features of the three parts in the App:
1) PAYMENT
- Add/delete your payment item to setup your different expenditure payment items. Picture can be added to associate the payment item.
- Swipe between "cash", "non-cash" pivot page for a quick entry of your payment item either by cash or non-cash (accounts setup by you) respectively.
- Swipe to go to "listing" pivot page to show listing of entries. The listing can be filtered based on item category/note, and a summation function to calculate the total amount in the list. A single or multiple select function allows the list to be selected to remove any specific item(s) for wrong entries. A tap on the "TODAY" or "MONTH" option to filter the list to show todays’ or current month entries.

2) ACCOUNT
- Add/delete your account item to setup your bank accounts, credit cards, debit cards, etc. Setup your account to automatically add debit entry on the monthly basis or in a one-time off transaction. Such entry will show up in account-entry listing with a "clock" symbol. Picture can be added to associate the account.
- Swipe between "cash-in", "cash-out" pivot page for a quick credit or debit entry of an account respectively.
- Swipe to go to "transfer" pivot page to make transfer entry between accounts. The "forward/back" arrow symbol is used to identify "transfer" type of entry.
- Swipe to go to "listing" pivot page to show listing of entries. The listing can be filtered by account name/note, and summation function to calculate the summed amount in the list. A single or multiple select function allows the list to be selected to remove specific item(s) for any wrong entries. A tap on the "TODAY" OR "MONTH" option to filter the list to show todays’ or current month entries.

3) BALANCE
- Shows list of active accounts balance. Specific accounts can be selected from the list and summation function applied to calculate the available balance, thus showing the amount of cash flow available.
- A tap to go to a particular account to show a listing of consolidated view from payments made and other credit/debit transactions made with the account. A tap on the "MONTH" OR "YEAR" option to filter the list to show only the current month or current year entries.
- Synchronize the account balance from the App with the bank statement as part of credit/debit entry. The "-+=" symbol is used to denote the entry type.
