Known issue:
Sometimes uploading custom image from device fails. This happens due to low RAM and especially in devices that are 2+ years old.
i) Try uninstalling unnecessary apps, especially the ones that continuously runs at the background.
ii) Close all other apps that are minimized/suspended.
iii) Restart the device.
