• One tap booking: Simply open the app and tap on 'Now' and your cab will be on its way.

• Book in advance: You can book a cab up to 1 week in advance and you can also check the availability of cabs.
• Payment options: Pay by cash or Wallet.
• Meru Genie: This is a more pocket friendly cab services that has all the frills of a regular Meru cab. Meru Genie uses hatchbacks and has a more economic fare structure.
• Meru Eve: This is a unique service that employs only women drivers, and is specially meant for women passengers. Currently available only in the Delhi NCR region, but will soon be extended to other cities.
• Know your driver: Once you book a taxi cab, you get detailed information about your driver along with his photograph.
• Feedback: Use the feedback feature in the app to give your valuable feedback, we’re constantly looking to improve our services.
• ICE: In Case of Emergency is an alert system that sends an SMS with your location details to 2 registered numbers.
• E-receipts: Keep track of all your payments with e-receipts. Every time you take a ride, we send you an email with the receipt for the trip.
