Enter your 1 rep max for back squat and front squat. Select pounds or kilograms. Tap compute. The app computes the 12 week hatch squat cycle. You lift 2 days a week for 12 weeks. Just follow the plan. You pick the days but be sure to leave one day in between lift days.
