Description: This version of jMoneyIII provides functionality assoicated with a transaction database for maintaining deductions and deposits to an account for personal or buisness use. The application provides a means to compare transactions held in the database with your banking transaction ledger to track known and unknown transactions for correctness. It also provides a means to monitor a working balance separate from your online secure banking database that allows for managing assets for future transactions through marked deductions dated for the intended debit. Reconciliation of transactions against banking statements is also provided through the Reconcile Ledger. Transaction are marked as reconciled by selecting the transaction on the Reconcile Ledger and once selected will be marked "Reconciled" and moved to the end of the Reconcile Ledger. The reconciled transaction can be marked un-reconciled by re-selecting the transaction. Selecting the Done button on the Reconcile Ledger will complete the reconcile process and remove reconciled transactions from future display on the Reconcile Ledger and Transaction Profile.

Initial execution of the application will create two files: the Transaction Database file and the Stored Data file. Controls at the top of the app allow the database to be archived or deleted. The Stored Data file is valid only for the active database. Transaction entered on the Transaction Entry and saved are displayed in the Current Entry List and as part of the Transaction Profile for the entered Name. Current Entries and Transaction Profile items are displayed in descending order. Entries in these lists can be selected for update or deletion by selecting the item in the displayed list. The Transaction Entry will update with the selected item data for modification. Items updated will be reflected in the Current Entries and Transaction Profile lists. Items deleted will be deleted from the lists.

The Transaction Profile display allows display of all transactions for a selected Name. The list displayed can be further filtered for a particular time frame. This allows access to transaction previously entered for modification or deletion.
