The Hall Monitor application gives principals, teachers and administrative staff, mobile access to existing student information systems on the go. The app shows student, teacher, event, classroom and schedule information from legacy systems. Hall Monitor can also assist with student safety in medical emergencies, fires and lock downs.
Here are just a few situations where the app can be used:
• Help a student find their bus
• Call a parent or guardian directly from the app
• Find out which classroom a student should be in
• Determine which students should be present in a class during a lockdown situation to make sure everyone is accounted for
• Look at a student’s complete profile including marks and attendance for the current or previous years during parent-teacher meetings
