Description: Sends a help message to an Open-Dispatch server. The open-dispatch server can send messages, and pair up with ifttt (via email) to quickly send an emergency message, with your location, to all your networks.

You can download the server software at https://github.com/antijingoist/Open-Dispatch for free.

Once the server is installed, and you add it to the app settings, you can then use the slider on the front page to send an emergency message. Tap to send a location update. Slide back down to cancel and send an "all clear"

Use your voice to control the app. Tell your Windows Phone to Get Help Send a Message. Then tell the app your message, and it will be posted, or it will be sent with your default message.; MoreLess
