Description: The “must have” application for any amateur astronomer. It helps to determine how deep-space objects can be seen (in terms of scale) while using telescope with different eyepieces (visual observations) or CCDs (astrophoto).
For results visualization, any object from following lists can be used:
• Messier (available in demo);
• Abell;
• Barnard;
• Collinder;
• IC;
• Lynds;
• Melotte;
• NGC.
This leads to ability to visualize more than 20 000 (!!!) objects.
This release contains database of 450 telescopes, 350 eyepieces and 180 CCDs. User defined equipment can be created.
NASA «Sky View Virtual Observatory» used as image source. It helps to reach very high accuracy and quality of generated images.
