1) Select "OPTIONS" from the title.
2) Select "Graphics" from the Options menu.
3) Set your graphical preset to "High" or "Highest."

You can also apply the pack by setting your graphical preset to "Custom," then selecting "Assets" and toggling the use of high-quality assets on.

The pack can also be applied from the Pause menu, but you must return to the title to reflect the changes.
