The paid Fax Pages never expire.
When you send a fax, the system deducts the required credits from your free credits first, then from your paid credits balance. If fax sent failed, the deducted paid credits will be credited back to your balance. Free credits will always not be credited back.

We respect importance of privacy and confidentiality. Communication between device and server is strongly encrypted. All fax information will only be used for fax transmission purpose. We will not use it in promotions or pass it to a third party. We will not keep copy of sent faxes. Fax content will be destroyed upon completion of the fax transmission.
