What you need
• Flat bench (about 50cm high)
• Weight plate (15kg or 25kg; only for intermediate and advanced)
• Barbell with weights (10kg,20kg or 30kg; see below)
Set up your circuit
Do 5 rounds at maximum reps of the following:
• 1 minute x bench hip thrusts
• 1 minute x left-leg bench Bulgarian split lunges
• 1 minute x right-leg bench Bulgarian split lunges
• 1 minute x bench vaults
• 1 minute x weighted bench step-ups with 10kg barbell
• 1-minute rest
Intermediate
Add a 15kg weight plate and 20kg barbell. In 1 minute, aim for at least 25 hip thrusts, 15 split lunges (each leg), 25 bench vaults and 15 step-ups.
Advanced
Use a 25kg weight plate and 30kg barbell. In 1 minute, aim for at least 30 hip thrusts, 20 split lunges (each leg), 30 bench vaults and 20 step-ups.
