The Institute of Public Administration (IPA ) is a body-corporate, autonomous government agency, which aims to raise the adequacy of state employees and prepare them scientifically to carry out their responsibilities and exercise their powers to ensure enhanced management and support the development of national economy rules. The Institute also specializes in contributing to the administrative organization of Government and to give advice in the administrative problems exposed by the government ministries and agencies, and research related to the administration and closer cultural ties in the field of public administration.


This application, which is available in Arabic and English languages, is designed to provide the employees in the IPA with the information they need, such as salaries, vacations, and others. It also facilitates the use of the various services provided by IPA, such as loan applications and renewal of borrowed and others.


This application provides the following services:

1 ) Reviewing the details of salaries and discounts such as housing Insurance, electricity and water
2 ) Reviewing the vacations balance and vacations history.
3 ) Reviewing the details of allowances, such as the date of the operation and the amount due from the operation.
4 ) Viewing and updating personal information.
5 ) Appling for new loans requests and reviewing the list of current loans requests.
6 ) Viewing employee weekly schedule for a specific year and semester.
7 ) Appling for new general maintenance and IT maintenance requests from the different branches of IPA
8 ) Applying for renewing the borrowed books and suggesting for new books.
9 ) Updating employees with the latest IPA news and events
10 ) Updating employees with available jobs in IPA so they can apply for them easily.
11 ) Providing the employees with the different IPA branches contact info.
12 ) Reviewing the details of the employee's commissions.
13 ) Providing telephone guide service, to facilitate searching for the contact information for a specific employee in IPA.
