Description: The Diamond Weight Calculator and cut estimator is developed for windows phone. This application is specially made for diamond industries and for those people who are interested in diamond business. The user can use this application with or without internet connection. To use the full functionality of this application user must have an internet connection and user must be logged in.
In this application user can get the weight of the diamond as well as the Grade or Cut of the diamond of the inputted parameter.
The Weight of the Diamond is in form of Carat (1carat =20mm). The Grade or Cut of the diamond is in form of Excellent(EX) , Very Good(VG) , Good(GD) , Fair(FR) , Poor(PR).

Requirements of the Application:
1. User must have to login to use the full functionality of the application.
2. Internet Connection is required.
3. User login to get the Grade/Cut.
This is the updated version of the Diamond Weight Calculator and it provides more functionality than previous version.
If user thinks that the Cut which received by them is not as expected then we are also taking their valuable vote.

Diamond weight calculator application find and display carat weight of diamond or gemstone base on Diameter, Crown height, Pavilion depth, Girdle height, Table and angles. You can change values easily by sliding position. App shows measurements of caret weight immediately on screen.

General terms used in the Diamond weight calc are as below.
Diamond considered as a polished diamond with Round brilliant cut only. Fancy shapes like Oval, Marquess, Cusion, Heart, Pear, Rectangle, Princess etc may not show accurate weight in this version.

Carat is the measurement unit for Diamond's weight. 1 caret is one fifth of gram or mathematically 1 Crt = 200 milligram. Approx 6.5 mm diameter of round brilliant diamond results in one carat weight. The price of diamond is heavily dependent on weight of Diamond. Carat is 1st C in 4C parameter of Diamond.

Diameter is the width of the diamond when looking from top side. For Round brilliant diamond ratio is one(Width = Length). Diameter and ratio plays a huge role in weight of diamond. Rapaport price changes with diameter pointer.

Crown is the upper part of diamond. Crown height refers to height from upper girdle to table. Crown Angle is angle between upper girdle and table start in crown side.

Table is top flat part of the diamond and mostly parallel to girdle. Table diameter is the diameter of the table.

Girdle is center part of diamond. Girdle height is the width of the girdle. It is the third parameter after diameter and ratio which affects most on the weight.

Pavilion is the bottom side of diamond. Pavilion depth is the height from lower girdle to tick center and pavilion angle is the angle between them.

Tick is center point where pavilion ends.
