Description: This is a creatinine clearance calculator designed with clinicians in mind. It uses the cockroft-gault formula to provide an estimate for the creatinine clearance which is useful in estimating renal function. This calculator is unique in that it automatically adjusts for obesity (uses adjusted body weight), the elderly (minimum serum creatinine of 1), and patients who weigh less than their ideal body weight.
