Description: This app is a dedicated music player at the request of customers who purchased our other products. The main feature of the app is the ability of playing music by remote control. As its name implies, BC-Player is a Bluetooth-Controlled music player. You can use a Bluetooth controller such as AirTurn’s BT-105/106 or BT200 or other similar controller to control music playback and switch to other music in a playlist. Plus, the player is able to display lyrics or transcripts in sync with the music such as backing tracks.

Operations are very simple. There are only two commands: File and Test signal. Click File command to select a folder that contains your music files (mp3, flac and wav) and lyrics files (.lrc or .srt). The selected music files form a playlist from which you can switch file in sequence manually or remotely. Refer to another app “LectureMate for Teachers’ for how to use lyrics files.

Another command is the Test signal. Before buying a Bluetooth controller you can use this command to test if a Bluetooth controller fits your needs. Most Bluetooth controllers simulate keyboard signals PgUp and PgDn, etc. The app supports keyboard key signals Left, Right, Up, Down, PgUp and PgDn, so you can, using the Test signal command, press these keys to see their functions in the app. For example, PgUp is used to Play or Pause playback, and PgDn is used to switch to the next music. Similarly, you test Bluetooth controller’s switches (pedals) to check if their functions may be used in this app.
