Hey Hey everyone! Hopefully you had a fabulous Day 1 working out your Chest muscles and are ready for Day 2. Today we are working our arms, which means we are going to focus on Triceps and Biceps. We will start with 4 exercises for our triceps and then move right into 5 exercises for our biceps. Each exercise we do will be 3 sets of 10 reps, and 60 second rest between sets. So while you are taking that 60 seconds really stretch the muscle group you are working to stretch the facia and allow that muscle to grow. Each set keep pushing and challenging yourself. Its going to be a great workout, so pound that pre-workout drink and show those arms you mean business.

**Very important that you drink your post workout shake as soon as you are done lifting. Today’s cardio for me is going to on the Stairclimber for 45 minutes.
