• "TPipingHMI" is a viewer and a visual designer of the Human Machine Interfaces of the automation projects. It is used for accessing the automation data from the devices such as "Raspberry PI", Windows PC or PLC, supporting IP based protocols.
• "TPipingHMI" - provides the original means to speed up the design of the piping mimic diagrams by giving them "smart" ability to position and to interconnect the piping symbols automatically.
• Canvas based, the internally "wired", pipeline graphics provides the automatic transition of the color indexes through the "open" pipelines and allows automatic coloring of these pipelines.
• The app "Help" file contains the code examples and the instructions how to configure the microcomputers under Debian OS for the communication with "TPipingHMI" using HTTP, MQTT over WebSocket protocols and Modbus TCP through Websocket bridge. A mode of using a local Windows PC as a gateway from this app to Modbus or Node Js servers is also described.
• The embedded in the app the Process Simulation is a useful feature, which from the point of a programmer view can greatly facilitates:
- debugging PLC software ;
- conducting factory acceptance (FAT) test;
- the SCADA operators training without energy and materials losses;
- simulation of emergency situations in case of mismanagement in the operations;
- training and testing the programmers of PLCs in an environment as close to real time;
- demonstrating the advantages of the advertised automation system.
