Windows 10 New Feature: Viewing and Pasting from Clipboard History

Actually this new feature was announced at 9th May,2018, but today I found a video about this new small feature on reddit.

Here is the video:

The description of this new feature in the announcement of Windows 10 insider preview build  17666 said that:

"Not only can you can paste from the clipboard history, but you can also pin the items you find yourself using all the time. This history is roamed using the same technology which powers Timeline and Sets, which means you can access your clipboard across any PC with this build of Windows or higher."

For users who first time know something like this, this new feature seems useful and interesting. I think everyone ever had experienced that sometimes just accidentally overridden something important in the clipboard ,you just can not get it back, it's really inconvenient, you may just think that if the windows has a clipboard history, it would be the best thing, and also you may want to roll back the clipboard data sometimes.  And now ,clipboard history is in the windows 10, You just need to press Win + V,then you see it. You get more than what you need! Perfect!

But actually this feature is not new , there are some softwares and apps has the same feature much earlier. Windows 10 just do the thing others had proved to be right, but we still happy to see it in the new build as part of the system update.  In microsoft store, there is an app named  "Ditto Clipboard"  almost do the same thing and more(search, history length, image preview, etc).  And also there is a software name "Clipboard Everywhere"(link here :https://www.clipboardeverywhere.com)  focus on clipboard history and sync clipboard data between different devices.

At the end, I want to say that I hope windows 10 will bring us  more and more small but useful features, and also show them with small videos, so that we don't need to install the new build to see what they are. Wish windows 10 a better future.
