Rumour:Windows 10 Mobile Build 10586 to be released on November 12

Microsoft has disclosed the Preview Build 10581 last week, which makes lots of Windows 10 fans exciting. Now a more exciting news is spreading. It is said that Windows 10 Mobile Build 10586 has been has been signed off and may be coming out on November 12, the same day of Windows 10 PC Build 10576. We all hope that is true.
Obviously, Lumia950 and Lumia950 XL will be the first smartphone that are preinstalled with Windows 10 mobile Build 10586, while Lumia640 and Lumia640 XL are the first smartphone that are updated to windows 10 mobile.
Lumia950 and Lumia950 XL are both offered for sale in American at $549 and $649 respectively.
