Upgrade to Windows 10 for Free or Pay $119 for Upgrading?

The latest data from Microsoft showed that more and more users choose to upgrade to Windows 10 for free. Because recently Microsoft has announced the last date to get free Windows 10 download is July 29. Users need to pay $119 to upgrade to Windows after that day.
While not all of the Microsoft users can enjoy the free Windows 10 upgrade, except the Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 users. Because the Windows 10 is probably not suitable for most machines running XP or Vista. And in fact, most of Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 users will not experience any noticeable slowdown, as it is expected and demonstrated that Windows 10 will run faster that other versions.
Another note is that the last day to avail free Windows 10 upgrade also happens to be the one-year anniversary of the date Microsoft's latest operating system was released for the public.
